RESIDENCES
The Resort consists of 20 residences, divided into 5 different areas: their size and functional characteristics match the needs of a clientele looking for a calm and relaxing vacation at the seaside.
From the architectural point of view, the Village is characterized by the typical, spontaneous architecture of the Gallurian area, leading the Costa Smeralda to success by its tourism and residential interventions: various single or two storey buildings in masonry, with porticoes and terraces with pergolas, creating a pleasant combination of volumes and colours.
In the flat area of the highest zone of the Village, there is a regular size tennis court. A swimming pool is situated in the lower area between the buildings. The entire structure was realized with attention to every detail and respecting the typical vegetation of the Gallurian area.
